Terms of Service

Services

Water Works Yacht Services, Inc. provides yacht hull cleaning, underwater inspection, zinc replacement, propeller service, and related maintenance services for recreational and commercial vessels throughout Southern California. Specific scope, pricing, and schedule are agreed upon at the time of booking.

Scheduling

Scheduled services are performed on mutually agreed intervals. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, sea conditions, diver availability, or safety concerns. We make every reasonable effort to notify customers of any schedule changes in advance.

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued following service completion. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law. Declined payments may result in suspension of future services until the account is brought current.

Access and Vessel Condition

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the vessel and providing necessary information about slip location, gate codes, and any known hazards. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that cannot be reasonably identified during routine service.

Insurance and Liability

Water Works Yacht Services, Inc. carries full commercial diving liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of services performed and is subject to the terms of our insurance policies. We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel scheduled service with reasonable notice without penalty. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the termination of scheduled service arrangements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
